How long does local delivery take?
Standard delivery takes approximately 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Cape Town & Surrounds: 1–2 business days
- Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, etc.): 2–3 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery
Express shipping is available for major centres only. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on weekdays are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Clean and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Including sanitary stickers (where applicable)
Approved returns are refunded as a store voucher equal to the value of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
We offer one free exchange on local South African orders. Additional exchanges are charged at R80 per shipment.
International customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and applicable customs duties.
Can deliveries be delayed during sales?
During peak periods such as Black Friday and major promotional events, processing and courier delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are subject to their operational capacity. We always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders generally arrive within approximately 7 business days.
Shipping is handled by DHL Express and pricing is calculated automatically during checkout.
Customs clearance and air freight availability may occasionally extend delivery times.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
Please note that customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by your destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an international order?
To request an international return or exchange, complete the online Returns & Exchanges form.
If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duty charges.
